Fred’s name speaks for itself. He is meticulous about every detail and this is what continues to grow the trust that is the foundation of FZPREC brand.
Born in China, Fred grew up in Vancouver where he graduated from West Point Grey Academy before achieving a marketing degree at the Sauder School of Business at UBC. Enthusiastic, diligent, and meticulous about the details, his specialty on multi-family house project marketing, experience in customized single-family house project. Fred is committed to understanding clients’ needs then delivering a full range of services that enrich their overall real estate experience — whether it’s their first purchase or their fiftieth.
Already a recipient of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver’s prestigious Medallion Club Award. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Fred regularly travels to Asia to further expand his extensive network of real estate professionals and potential buyers.

This joy was foremost in my mind when Fred and I decided to combine our skills and considerable experience to form Evermark Real Estate, a boutique firm that provides “concierge-style” service, combined with innovative strategy, marketing, and international exposure. Over the years, I have advised on and sold many presale and new boutique developments, including the Highbury Residences on West 4th and Alma and the Two Dorothies in Kerrisdale. I also specialize in reselling residential properties, as well as helping first-time buyers, investors, and local buyers/sellers who are looking to upgrade or downsize their homes.
